Prompt delivery but unfortunately the paper wrapping wasn't round the nozzle well enough and it had snapped off. I had something to make it useable so it was OK. Then they asked about experience, I told them and another bottle appeared like magic can't fault that for service

Great prices, prompt delivery and reliable. Have been using medino now for about a year, the vitamins I use are the best price at medino and they are always in good date. I've never experienced any problems and would totally recommend this company.

Very good service
It was easy ordering on line and the prices were good. We increased our order to get free Royal Mail delivery as the the default delivery service used is the awful evri who seem incapable of delivering successfully in our area.

Superb customer service
Superb customer service. I had to contact as one of my items was damaged during transit. Staff at Medino were quick to respond and deal with the issue. Couldn't have asked for better service

Super quick and no over hiked fees
I’ve used several pharmacies online all take a few days but I was shocked in a good way by these guys, next day ! Even with an order at 4pm, everything perfectly packaged. These are my new go to chemist
